V.O.I.C.E

V.O.I.C.E. (Virtual OS/2 International Consumer Education) is proud to announce that we will have an official representation at Warpstock 98 in Chicago.

V.O.I.C.E. is an International Virtual User Group supporting all OS/2 users, but specifically targeted at the Individual and SOHO users, and what better way to support these users than to support Warpstock 98.

Several developers are providing VOICE members with discounts on selected OS/2 software and utility programs, and we will be demonstrating (and providing assistance with the installation of OS/2 Warp 4 as well as applying fixpaks and upgrades to the Operating System. Membership applications will also be available on-site.

As a way of celebrating our participation in Warpstock, we will be holding a "Speakup" session in IRC (date TBA), featuring members of the Warpstock 98 Organizing Committee and the Warpstock Steering Committee. During this Speakup session, we will be giving away a Platinum Pass and one night hotel accomodations in Chicago to one of our lucky members. As always, you don't have to be a member to participate in the Speakup, but you do have to be a member of V.O.I.C.E. to be eligible for the prizes awarded during the meetings.

V.O.I.C.E. meetings are held on WEBBnet IRC, in the #VOICE channel on the first and third Monday of each month, at 8:00PM (EDT).
